Review content:
Cleaners to Your Door are very nice people, but they're very hard to ahold of. They said they would put together a write-up for the detailing that you get when they're here. They didn't come through with that. I was a little unsure why they would say that and not follow through.
They worked on a leather recliner I have. They did a pretty good job, but there were issues with how they were brushing the coating on it. I could still see some scratches when they were done, but I complained and they gave me $50 off.
Overall, they did a good job. There are just some things they need to do better on, like the quality of the work and following through on the paperwork. It took me a good week and a half before I even got ahold of them after I finished the work. They kind of left me hanging. The chair does look better though.
