Pepper Mill Village. This property has a maintance man on it that does absolutely NOTHING!! The laundry rooms are disgusting !! They hand out fines for things that they can not prove or dont even match the possible offense.VERY VERY poor customer service! It really seems like this company does not care what is written about it! They really do nothing to help owners or renters.If you find your self thinking about moving here think twice! The Condo association is really not much better and usally does not support owners very well
