Review content:
We did not work directly with Kelli, but she was the selling agent for the home we were buying. She was so unorganized throughout the entire process. Our realtor had to continuously hound her for the proper paperwork. And then when she would finally get it to us it would be filled out incorrectly or incomplete. She would wait until the last minute to do things. Then she was 30 minutes late to the closing appointment once she was finally able to get all her ducks in a row. She was scatterbrained and ditzy, even commenting that she's no good at all the paperwork (as if we haven't already witnessed that). Now that we've finally closed we're still dealing with her lack of organization as she still has not handed off the paperwork and checks to the closing agent to pay the proper bills, so our home warranty isn't paid and we need to use it due to sewer issues. I do not recommend working with her!! Nice lady but so not worth the added stress!!
