Craig Plumbing and AC service has shifty business practices! I had used them for over 7 years and had been satisfied until a technician installed a fan motor in a reverse fashion and caused my ac fan to run in reverse for an entire summer! At the end of the summer I needed a new fan motor along with other parts and expensive labor. The mis-hap caused my ac to run non stop and cool my house moderately and raise my electrical bill through the roof. A costly endeavor causing me an estimated expense of around $800.00 that summer. I was duped into thinking it was a ""surge in the electrical grid or a black out"" that caused the problem. After discussing the mistake with an electrical expert I now know that I was misled. Rick (the owner) was 100% dishonest with me and now I've been forced to go and tell my friends that I had referred to him that I can no longer endorse this company.
