I've had poor posture for a long time, mostly from sitting in front of a computer for hours a day (for years and years). His care has helped my body become stronger and more resilient to the mistreatment I give it. And has even made me mistreat it (a bit) less.\r

If you experience back pain or high stress, you owe it to yourself to call him. His technique is different than other chiropractors, its very gentle and very efficient.
