My job is hard on my body.
I spend a lot of time out of alignment-bending,
and straining to reach those hidden places in patients mouths.
I also lift weights regularly, so my neck and shoulders are wound up in knots.
My shoulders creak.
My neck pops.
I am a hott mess.
It was truly a treat when on a rare day off I was able to schedule all my random annual exams and MD visits. I got to meet Dr. Rubens & Dr Gulick
and WOW did they make a huge difference. They worked out the knots
and performed some effective stretching and adjustment techniques.
they also has a warm bedside manner.They thoroughly explained
each step of the process and gave me a few exercises to perform at home. They are sweethearts -:) During my visit there was a new staff member being trained.
so the checkout process was just a little slow, but no worries. She was very nice and took her time to double check all paperwork had been signed and reviewed. I'm sure next time things will run much smoother.
I'm making a conscious effort to set aside more ""me-time"" and
