Review content:
Sugarland never disappoints me in the texture of the buttercream, the great balance in flavours. It is also never too sweet! They have very creative choices, and they never use buttercream as their cream filling. Some bakeries are lazy enough to do that - yes, I know it's gross. \r

Their eclairs are also amazing, light and filled with ""real"" pastry cream. It is very difficult to make pastry cream right, and they've been mastered the art. Oh, the simple things.\r
\r
I've also tried their gelato. Everything's made from fresh and natural ingredients and you can tell that they are passionate in their gelato. Instead of rolling their eyes at my questions, they are very proud and enthusiastic about what goes into their gelato. I respect that and they have delivered what they preach. \r

I'm just glad that I don't have to go all the way down to chapel hill for a sugarland delight. Thank you for believing in Raleigh! :)
