Review content:
It had been a while since my last bad experience at Madisonvillle Applebees so I decided to allow them the opportunity once again to wow me. I ordered my favorite appetizer chicken won ton tacos. I waited a full drink plus before they finally arrived (burnt). Hungry I reluctantly sent them back after tasting the shell that tasted as it looked, burnt. The server brought the new order which was also overly browned but at least they didn't taste burned they just had grease running off of them. The only positive about the visit was how well and impersonal the server accepted my concerns. Dear Owner this is a small community, others like myself work out of town and have those options as well as Oasis and #9. I suggest you step it up offer incentives for better employees that perform well so that you have a chance at competing.
