Bought a used spa from showroom last Friday. Was completely installed by Tuesday. I used it for the 1st time yesterday and i'm extremely satisfied. Good price, great service. Everyone i dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, prompt. All workers were fast, excellent, clean. I completely disagree with all the negative comments from other reviewers. I was initially put off by the negative reviews but after spending many hours of research and going to several other places, i'm glad i disregarded the bad reviews and went back to Reuben and Robin. My experience was all positive. Far exceeded my expectations in every way.\r
