My husband and I have been dealing with Ace for roughly 15 years. While I do agree with bill h. about some of the clerks being rude, etc. ordinarily we've had great buying experiences. When we've had our eye on something, and it stays in the store for a good while (months) then usually they will entertain any offer that we make, and generally will negotiate with us. They have had some pretty rude clerks over the years and that is a chief complaint about this particular Ace, but all in all, we usually steer clear of those rudies. The manager is nice, always willing to deal, and I've not seen anything ""crooked"" about the store. I've never tried to sell anything but Gold there and generally will get about 10% LESS on my items than a specific GOLD and Silver place. I'd give it an A- on an overall score.
