The service is awful. The owner is so rude. I bought a carpet and they don't even help to transport anything. The carpet was underneath a set of table and chairs and I had to move everything on my own. At first she said she could help if I went home to get my bigger car. Once I had done that, she said she couldn't help me anymore. They said their policy was the employees weren't allowed to move furniture and she asked me to go get another person from home to help me after I'd already driven back. I had a customer offer to help me transport the carpet, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do. All the while with the staff looking on at what was being done. If I had known this was going to happen I would have returned the carpet but there is no return policy in that store even if I haven't even touched what I already paid for. Be wary of the policies for the staff in the store. After this experience I am not going back and am recommending this to all of my friends and anyone who is thinking of going to this store.
