Be careful hiring this man. He initially does good, quality work, has a couple of very respectful crew helping him but does tend to not finish the job after getting his final pay. He gets very irrate when asked to come back and finish up his job. As the other letters read, I had the same exact experience with him when I called to ask him when he would be coming back to finish work he had already been paid for. He went ballistic, cursing, using much profanity and anger. We do not want him on our property ever again. He is a loose bomb ready to go off. He appeared to be out of control and possibly dangerous when he gets to that point.
