We recently contacted Perfect Carpet Cleaning Inc to come out and clean out carpets. I spoke to their staff in the office. She was not courteous and not professional. She went over the different options and pricing and helped me pick the highest price plan for us. The technician showed up and did a BAD JOB! He could not able to remove a stain that our child left with his spilled milk (WE COULD GET IT OUT BY OUR SELF AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS)! We are not impressed with all staff and the rest of the company! We will not calling Perfect Carpet Cleaning Inc again!
