I am completely satisfied. I couldn't imagine anyone not going with Comfort Pros for heating and air conditioning. They were quick, efficient, and now I have a wonderful system. The two installers that came were excellent. The owner, Casey, even came out several times to check and make sure everyone was doing fine. It was a complete installation, and it took them from 9 am to 6 pm. They ripped out the old unit, including having to go under the house and everything. They were just so fast, I ordered my unit on Friday and they installed it the following Monday.
What I liked most was when I was working with them, they told me that the relationship only begins after the installation. In other words, they don't put it in and leave you alone. I wouldn't recommend any other company for heating and air conditioning.
