This is a note to thank you for such good service from ARS Rescue Rooter and your staff. Sean Best came today and did an excellent job, and really made us happy that we got the service warranty. He spent a lot of time explaining things, and checking our plumbing. He did not talk down to me, and was very thorough in examining the entire house and making suggestions and giving helpful advice. The faucet he installed works great, and he was so clean and tidy (unlike some other service people we have had in our home). :D Sean knew what he was doing and he did it exceptionally well; a very pleasant and polite technician. We also appreciated how nice Courtney was when we talked to him about scheduling; all your personnel has been most helpful. It is a pleasure doing business with ARS, and we continue to recommend you all to our friends and neighbors.
