If you need a ride to the airport or even from the airport to your home then Cloud 9 is a good opportunity. Cloud 9 is not exactly the classiest mode of transportation but their big vans will get you (hopefully) to your destination. You can call the night before for your pickup but sometimes these vans do break down and you can be late for your flight.
It can be expensive but it's better than taking a taxi. If you find you need a drive and you don't have a friend or relative to take you, then this is an option that's been in San Diego for years.
