Dr. Pedraza DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH BASIC FILLINGS, NOT TO MENTION RESTORATIONS, CROWNS, BUILD UP, ETC. PEOPLE, DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE AND DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS OR FAMILY THERE! THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND THE DENTIST HIMSELF DOESN'T KNOW THE BASICS OF FITTING A CROWN OR DOING A BUILD UP ON A TOOTH! THE FIRST MOMENT THE PATIENT MENTIONS THAT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT (PAIN, SWELLING, NOT COMFORTABLE, ETC.), DR. PEDRAZA JUST DISMISSES THE PATIENT WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL TREATMENT!!! AND NO REFUND, OF COURSE!! IN ADDITION, DR. PEDRAZA DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT'S CONCERNS AND SIMPLY DISMISSES ANY SIGNS OF A PROBLEM AFTER HE HAS DONE HIS DENTAL WORK. HE CAN ONLY BREAK AND DAMAGE THE TEETH, NOT REPAIR AND KEEP YOUR TEETH IN A GREAT SHAPE! I SPEAK FOR MANY PATIENTS OF OUR COMMUNITY WHO STOPPED GOING TO HIS OFFICE. ALTHOUGH THE OFFICE LOOKS FANCY, ASK HOW MANY RETURN PATIENTS THEY HAVE AND THE ANSWER WILL BE N O N E!!!!
