Fusia brings the vitality and livelihood that has been missing from San Mateo! From the moment you enter the establishment, you can immediately tell that you are in for a real treat! The bar is very well-stocked, and features myriads of traditional drinks and fusian specialties...not to mention the beautiful decor...look up and you will see twinkling stars! After a couple of drinks, delight your palate with a fusian of rich flavors over dinner. I highly recommend the bone-in rib-eye steak, the seabass, and the roasted crab! Everything is delicious, and portions are filling! Small plates are very creative and tasty! All dishes are very well prepared and presented! After a wonderful meal, join in the late-night karaoke funif you are brave enough!otherwise, just sit back, relax with a few more drinks, while the other patrons get up and express their vocal talents!
Pros: lots of parking, great food, great ambiance
