Panino's\r \r The Beginning of the End\r \r Holy carp, has this place gone downhill, just in the past month or so! All three of my last three orders have been wrong. \r \r The first one was just barely on time against the hour estimate (technically two minutes late, but I'm not that person... unless you screw up again) and the driver forgot THE thing that made the artisan pizza an artisan pizza: the arugula. Then I had to sit there and wait 20 minutes for the arugula to show up, while the pizza sat in my oven, getting sadder and sadder. \r \r I contacted Panino's and was given a credit on my account. So I tried it again. This time, while they delivered quickly, they brought Coke instead of Diet Coke (and the receipt said regular, so it wasn't the driver's fault). I was disappointed, but it could have been my fault, I suppose, for not asking them to read back my order. But, should I have to do that?!\r \r So, because it may have been my fault, I tried them again. Tonight, my pizza arrived 12 minutes late against an hour promise. And, while this time the receipt said Diet Coke, the driver didn't have it, and it wasn't even in the car. I was so disappointed and angry that I sent the driver away with the order. I called Panino's to let them know, and I got apologies. I'm sure the owner or whomever will contact me again, but am I expected to subject myself to the ""What's going to be wrong this time"" game again? \r \r I hope for the business's sake they get their act together. I LOVED the artisan pizzas, everything was yummy (except the mozzarella sticks, which are sad), and they always delivered in half the promise time or less (I'm a mile straight down NW Hwy). \r \r But I can't deal with this repeated quality issue. If you don't care what you get, when you get it, then give them a whirl.\r \r \r UPDATE: I just received an e-mail from someone at Panino's (don't know if it was the ""Gino"" who signed the prior note, because this was unsigned). I replied to the e-mail where they notified me of the credit for the first problem, so they might understand why I was so upset. \r \r Not remotely handled professionally. Here's the e-mail (starting with what I wrote, so you can see exactly what he was responding to. \r \r On Apr 26, 2013, at 7:17 PM, [redacted] wrote:\r \r I placed my second order since this issue, and it was 12 minutes late (on an hour promise) and the driver didn't have the Diet Coke in my order. I sent her back with it and called the store to tell you I'd done so. \r \r You have a serious quality control issue. \r \r \r On Apr 26, 2013, at 11:13 PM, Paninos [redacted] wrote:\r \r First of all , food was delivered on time, and you shouldnt send back food just because you didnt recieve your ""FREE"" coke , our driver [redacted] told you she would bring it to you. Maybe we should fire her or should i let her pay for your pizza ! Ill see what she wants to do! Please dont order from us no more!!! Food costs money and should not be used that way to prove a point.....Paninos "" Best Pizza in Town!\r \r \r \r Do what you want with this information. And remember that I'd ordered from them for a NUMBER of years. \r
