My husband and I wanted to find out appointment schedule and prices, so we decided to drop by in the afternoon. The moment I walked in, the receptionist (only person in office) asked me "What do you want" Now what happened to Welcome, or How are you doing? The bad vibe was already being sent to me, so I calmly asked about therapist availability. Reply : "Sorry none available today". Ok, this is 2 pm so maybe you have someone on call for tonight? NO Any appointments for tomorrow? I will have to check. On paper this seems like a normal conversation, but if you could hear the tone of her voice it was like telling me I'm bothering her and no whatsoever sense of I'm here to help you. Well I guess if you don't want my business, then I will take my business elsewhere. Pros: None Cons: Unwelcome attitude
