Maggie at American Pacific Mortgage has really been an angel on earth to us. I'm 77, and my husband is 75, and I'm so thankful and feel so fortunate that she came into our life because of her knowledge and her major assistance in finance. What was so terrific was that the timing was so perfect and everything. She handled all the paperwork and the people that were supposed to call and everything. We just were here and everything, like magic, just went through so perfectly, and she was with us the whole time, even after everything was signed and things were in place she followed-through. She has come back into our life and said hello and sent cards. You know you did the right thing because you know you had the right person with you all the way who made your life more peaceful and enjoyable, especially when you're this age. We were stressed in the very beginning and knew and felt that we had a big obligation on ourselves that we needed to do the right thing at the right time because we were at the age where if we made a mistake it would have ruined what we had done all our lives. We're not 30 anymore, and we had worked hard all our lives and never would be able to make it up again. Going with Maggie, we felt confident. We felt like we weren't being scammed, and that was the big thing. In the beginning, you're leery of who you're talking with and who you're going to go with because you don't want to be in a scam of some kind. That to me was really important, and for her to follow-through, and just her honesty and steadfastness in helping us and giving us the tools so that we would make the right decision and that we would never be sorry, and we aren't. We've lived her for 41 years and intend to stay here until the end. It was a big thing because now we wouldn't have been able to go to some live in place or whatever, so to have our home the rest of our lives is very precious and very meaningful. It gave us peace of mind. These words are from the heart, and I'm so glad somebody is taking the time to call me so that I can tell them because Maggie really is worthy, more than worthy. When you've got people's lives in your hands, people that have worked 50 or more years of their life and built what they have, and you go as far as you can to make sure it's not destroyed it's a blessing. Wayne and Maralyn Kilpatrick
