American Pacific Mortgage helped me to figure out my reverse mortgage. Maggie helped me to get through it all very quickly. I was able to pay off my mortgage within three months. At first, I was like, "is this true? because I really like this plan!"
My plan is to live off my equity and to stay in the house I'm in for the rest of my life. I've already lived in the same house for forty-five years, and I am very happy here. I am familiar with my home and with the neighborhood and plan on staying here. If I get tired of it, I just take a vacation! I'd rather have the money, to enjoy with my family now.
Maggie and everyone at American Pacific is very nice and easy to work with. Plus, the contracts are easy to read and understand. I highly recommend them!
