I recently got a reverse mortgage on my elderly father's house in Southern California. Working with Maggie O'Connell (and her assistant Alicia Belmares) was great! The service was top-notch, commitments were kept, when something went differently than I was expecting, I was notified. I was so impressed by Maggie's level of knowledge and professionalism, and the personal touch she brought to our interactions. Getting the reverse mortgage was, at times, a very tedious process (with all the documentation that the lender required) but Maggie made it as easy as it could possibly have been. I would give her and her staff an unqualified recommendation!
