I can't say enough good things about Maggie at American Pacific Mortgage - Reverse Mortgages. I've printed her cards and handed them out to anyone who wanted to know about mortgages. She was always there for me and always told me the truth. I found her because she did a reverse loan for my mother, and took really good care of her. Then, when my mother passed away, and I needed to get a reverse mortgage, I immediately knew to call her. I was a year and two months from being 62, and she saw me through the entire process. I was really confused during that period. She didn't turn me away because I wasn't 62 yet. She saved my house. Everything went a lot smoother than I thought possible.
