I ordered an edible image (only place in town that would do it without a cake order), so that I could complete a cake that I was making myself. They had the image for a week and a half and waited until the afternoon of the day before I needed it to tell me that they were going to "pass on producing the image". I have since received a sarcastic message form the owner that he "was sorry that they didn't drop everything in order to do this image" as well as listing the many other things his business does. Edible images, a phone call or an email only take a few minutes to handle... they are easily done between things or while handling other things. So, apparently, all his "worthwhile" (hands-off) things that his business does/donates money to are more important that the customers that pay them for the services they supposedly offer. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A BUSINESS THAT IS TOO BUSY TO TAKE CARE OF ITS CUSTOMERS.
