Businiess name:  Evergreen Heights Apartments
Review by:  Joe F.
Review content:
These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I have lived in apartments all over the country and have never been treated so poorly than here. I moved here from Indianapolis and firstly the non-refundable $500 deposit is completely ridiculous. I have never lived in an apartment where the deposit hasn't been at least partially refundable. Secondly, the reviews about the walls and hearing people through them are all completely true. I have heard people having sex and even going to the bathroom and I'm not just talking about the flush, I've heard the whole process.. it's pretty disgusting and absolutely unnecessary. You can actually sing to the lyrics of a song you know when someone is playing music - it's that bad... Thirdly, you actually have to pay a $200 deposit to use the GRILL! When I confronted "Sylvia" about the subject, she claimed that this was the rule and that it was completely reasonable - what made me more angry was that she claimed that she never had met me and she was the one who actually moved us into our apartment (and was our correspondence from moving from Indianapolis to Seattle!) and walked us through the apartment complex! Fourth, when we moved in, we were moved into a handicap-capable residence that had wider doors and hallways - which isn't really a problem, but the problem was that they never communicated these details to us before our move! We moved over 2000 miles to these pieces of ---- apartments and then we find out that our apartment is different from what was advertised and communicated to us originally. Even worse, is that our apartment doesn't even have a microwave! I have never moved into a place that didn't supply a simple microwave and this complex obviously is nickle and diming it's residence.
