Review content:
I recommend staying as far from Cedar Walk Family and Cosmetic Dentistry as possible!! I had an extraction done last Thursday and was in horrendous pain over the weekend. I went in yesterday and Dr. Rao diagnosed me with a dry socket. He packed it with medicated gauze and told me the pain would subside. Today, the pain was unbearable. I called their office to see if there was anything I could do at home (orajel, clove oil, ANYTHING) or if they could see me and the receptionist said she would check with the doctor and call me back. I waited about two hours and since I hadn't heard from them, I called them back. I was in tears talking with the receptionist and she informed me the doctor thought I should go to the dental emergency clinic I did. It is infected. It took them a total of 10 minutes to diagnose me, write up some prescriptions and send me on my way. I think it is terribly unprofessional for them to have refused to see me. He performed the procedure and should have seen me through the recovery no matter HOW many times I had to come back.
