Review content:
I have rented several times with Enterprise over the last few weeks.and have always had a positive experience. This was my first time at this location. Michael Creed is the most argumentative, smart mouthed, sad excuse of a ""customer service"" rep I could possibly imagine. If having a local drivers license is company policy, no problem. My problem is with Michael himself. When he asked for proof that I lived in the area I told him that was an odd policy. He responded with ""no it's not or it wouldn't be a policy"". Not realizing yet that I was in a debate with this person, I said but it's such a touristy area. Seems like you would get a lot of out of state drivers licenses. He responded with ""most people have a credit card. It proves they pay their bills"". I was paying with my business Chase card that is generally accepted as either credit or debit. Spare me virtues of credit speech, Michael. You know nothing about my finances. He then took a phone call without completing my transaction leaving me standing there for about ten minutes. When another representative came to the counter she asked if she could help me. I said that would be great as I really don't want to deal with this smart mouth (my EXACT words) any longer. He immediately wrapped up his phone call and informed me that he had voided my ticket and would not be renting to me for calling him a smart mouth. As we walked out the door, words being exchanged on both sides, he said ""get a credit card"". While I do in fact have a credit card, I had my own reasons for using my business bank card which are none of his business. At that point we had not in any way raised or voices or used any profanity. This is just a typical low level employee misusing the only power he has in his little world. I hope Enterprise gets control of this angry little man before he costs them too much business. I wouldn't hire him to wash a car, much less rent one. We went a few doors down and were behind the wheel of a Hertz rental car in less time than it took Michael to argue with us. Thank you to Hertz! I will always use you in the future.
