I am seriously shocked to see any negative comments about Fayards. \r

I used to shop here regularly spent plenty of cash with them and never had an issue, they were always helpful and courteous.\r
\r
I am new to this board but I think they should have an area for someone in management to dispute or try and help resolve any issues. \r
\r
The BBB even shows a good rating and any complaints were closed. Sounds like they handle things quite well so drop the attitudes sometimes s*** happens and it just needs to be dealt with.
