Not pleased with the way business is conducted at this company. Rented a property, they were management company. They were rude, very short, took very very long to respond to any questions, requests, or any other related issues. However when they wanted a response to something they bully you into responding with threats and offering you less than 24 hours notice respond. They are unprofessional, though their language usage seems to come from the handbook of professional language. They refuse to make phone calls, and only really email, yet when you get them on the phone they are rude. It almost makes you uncomfortable to live in your home knowing that they have a key.
I once asked that they not enter my home unless someone was present, I was assured they wouldn't unless there was an emergency. We had an issue where they came in and noticeably removed a phone number to a service professional off of the wall - which was there when we moved in - and then were very nasty saying that no one entered the property - not true, it was obvious.
I would stay away. They are not a very personable group to work with. If you want a difficult group of people to work with, enjoy.
