Businiess name:  Last Stop Computers

Review content:
Have trusted them a few times and each time they have altered and removed software without my consent and even downloaded Microsopft Secruty Essentials from a rogue website that was embedded with a nasty Trojan Virus. When I got home I discovered this and called Last Stop - they offered to remove it for another $100 dollars. I was able to fix it myself using safe mode with networking and navigating Malwarebytes for the repair, which confirmed that Last Stop was negligent in downloading directly onto my system without testing the site. On my other PC, most recently I discovered that they had swapped out my brand new ATX motherboard for a Micro-ATX board and they also swapped my full version operating system disc for an upgrade version. I have all of the original documentation including the driver discs and form factors don't magically change Word to the Wise, before you trust any repair people to handle your computer or laptop for service, make a list of the machine's components and record the version and date of your OS system disc: My last experience with Last Stop Computer employees was the LAST time I allowed them near my PCs. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Don't take your machines to them unless you like spending money to replace parts. Before any Last Stop Computers employees or owners decide to write a pithy response claiming that it is their policy to perform changes without consulting the customer, I have two words for them "CLASS ACTION." A business has no one to blame but themselves for the reputation they create: Lying to customers and stealing their system components and software to perform repairs on other machines may be "policy," but regardless of the label, THEFT and FRAUD is illegal for which a business can and should be prosecuted!
