I love this gym. Great equipment. If you go between 9-3pm, it's less crowded and there is always a cardio machine open. I've never had a problem with other members. Everyone pretty much minds their own business. The front desk people are always friendly. The rest of the staff is helpful and friendly. Weights are always where they are supposed to be. Most people wipe down the machines when they are done. My only complaint (and it's a big one as I have three children) is the woman in the kids' club is so incredibly rude. She doesn't care about the kids. And she always, always, ALWAYS has a complaint when you come in to get your children. It's a deal-breaker for me, as I have to take my kids with me to the gym. I will be trying the other locations and if I don't see an improvement, I will be taking my membership elsewhere.
