Review content:
This is the only place I go to when I need my nails, brows, lashes and waxing done. I've yet to let them touch my hair, but thats just because I already have that covered. I have been a customer since they were in the little corner of the same plaza. This place has grown, and Tony does his thing with the renovations.The place goes down and can get crazy packed, but thats why you need to make an appointment and build rapport. I have my top 3 that all do different things for me. I know their schedule and they know mines and thats why it works. On the off chance when I didn't make an appt, I find myself waiting hours just to get in. The non Ohio natives that come there make things worse. Somalians are taking over the Northside and Mai's is the place they all go. You have to deal with it. The clients are definitely urban and it can sometimes get a little ghetto. Crystal is my girl at the front. An is the brow queen. Lan is good too. Shay does nails. I miss Spencer, that was my homie. Tony is the nail master, now. Mai can do it all. Toria can do lashes. I have my favorites, obviously, but really - everyone is good. They have a high turnover, only the strong survive.
