Sciatica was more than just a pain in the rear end for me. It had become a way of life. After I had my first child nearly 9 years ago, I have had to nurse my low back. Bending, even slowly, could result in shooting pains and my leg giving way as pain flared through my sciatic, back, hip, leg. There were times too numerous to count where I would be playing on the floor with my son and not be able to get back up without help. I figured it would go back to normal pain free after my oldest's birth but it never did. Three children later, I had another chiropractic issue in my shoulder and went to Dr. Robertson. I didn't even mention my sciatic issues because I didn't think anything could be done, but in my initial exam, the technician noted my discomfort and lack of motion. I have been going to the Dr. every week for 3 months. The years of wear and tear have nearly been undone. My shoulder is healed, my low back causes me rare issue. I am no longer on the backslide to poor skeletal health. My back is gaining strength now that I can exercise without pain, adjustments are holding as my muscles are working properly and I am learning how to fight the arthritis which had begun to set in! It's been an amazing and eye-opening journey. I am now a chiropractic believer and a huge fan of Dr. Robertson!
