My other half called around to get her windshield replaced and this was the lowest price and now we know why. She set up the appointment through the 800 number and told them exactly what vehicle she had and the options and setup an appointment for Tuesday morning. I dropped her car off and killed an hour. When I go back to pick up the car they say that the one they got wont work because the mirror mount is wrong because she has the heated seat option. I asked how that mattered and then they said the factory mirror was different than the factory mirror. At this point I was done with the lies and wasted time. Not once did I get a "we screwed up and ordered the wrong glass" I just got excuses. So I asked them what they were doing and they said they were ordering the correct one and it would be in tomorrow (Wednesday). I asked them to call me to make sure it was truly correct. Wednesday I waited till well after they said it would be in and would have called me and I finally called them. I was assured it was the correct one and when I asked why I didn't get a call they acted like I didn't even ask that question. I asked when it was going to be installed ( the other half spoke with them to get it installed at her work) and they said it would be between 1 pm and 3pm at her work on Thursday and they would call her. At 3:47 pm the installer calls me (not her) asking for the address which she had given them and when I point out the install was between 1 pm and 3pm and it was after 3 the installer said he still had time at which I responded it was between 1 and 3. They installed the glass but at this point we do not have any faith in the product, support or the company at all. It was a bunch of lies and screw ups that they wanted to blame on anything else. The only thing they did correctly was take her money on Tuesday as she paid via phone. The customer service sucked, the woman running the place was rude and they never ever apologized. STAY AWAY!
