I would honestly give zero starts if I could. I walked in needing help and he was like the cab driver who takes you the long way home. I could have been done a year earlier but there is no money to be made that way. He is in way over his head and let my Ex's attorney steamroll the entire time. Last time I was in his office I actually looked for a diploma.
He will tell you what you want to hear and then be about as rude as can be and will not fight for you.
Oh yeah check his billing too as that is questionable as well.
