I called about a drip I noticed down stairs whenever I used the shower upstairs. When Dave arrived he was very courteous and respectful. I tried to show where the problems were occurring. But the leak in the wall would not leak when he was at my house. Dave tried all possibilities and waited extra time to see if the water would start coming down. He explained some of the problems I was having. Also helped with other potential problems. Unfortunately the problem that I originally called in for still occurs. But respectfully speaking on their behalf, the leak did not leak while the plumber was here. He could not fix what he could not see. I will have to call again.
