I had a very good first experience with Pete's Gear Shop. They were able to diagnose the problem with just my description of it, which I thought was great as they did not see the need to tear into the vehicle to make a diagnosis. Once they began making the repair I approved, they informed me that the repair also required that they work with another component. The additional work did not increase the price significantly, which was good. They also noticed another glitch and they went ahead and fixed that at no additional charge. Overall, they did great.
