I was looking for my dog in a building complex on 6870 Paradise Rd at 0020 hours on 4.29.30 and a white Rancho Security patrol car came up next to me and a large black man asked "How are you doing." Thinking he wanted to talk, I started to walk towards his car, and about 10 feet away he started screaming "Don't come up to my car." I said "What?" and he said, again, in a threatening voice, "Don't come up on me like that." There was no reason for him to be rude. Then he drove his car towards me in what I felt was a threatening manner, coming within 4 inches of me with his bumper. If his foot had slipped off the brake or anything else he would have not had time to avoid hitting me with the car. He never even tried to help me find my dog, he just threatened to call the police on me. There are no "No Trespassing" signs posted. This man was heavyset with some facial hair, I think the license was 599 UVT. I called their office right away and reported him. I am going to follow up with corporate later today. He is in the wrong business.
