Review content:
Over the 8 years that we have used Rockhill Electric, they have done projects for us that range anywhere from $500 to $50,000. They have been very responsive, timely, and do quality work.
I can't say anything very bad about them. There might have been an instance where a bad representative showed up, and that is the only reason they got a 4 on service. That instance was due to one particular individual, otherwise they would get a strong 5 all the way around.
Out of the 4 or 5 electrical companies I have come in contact with, I would say they are number 1. Their service is prompt and personal.
It is almost like they take become a part of the organization. They really take ownership for the jobs. If there is a problem, which is not frequent, they are very cognizant of the issue and come back promptly.
