Review content:
Colorado College has used Dan Rockhill for approximately 20 years. He pays attention to detail, he plans well, and he is very thorough. We have about 100 buildings with over 200 square feet of commercial and residential space, and Dan is especially excellent with commercial jobs, including higher voltage. I have not found a job he cannot handle. We have done exterior lighting, large transformer projects, and of course remodeling and maintenance work as well. It takes somebody special to do service work as well as underground and exterior work.
I have not had a problem with him. Dan consistently exceeds my expectations. He works in some of the most sensitive areas of the campus. We had to service life safety systems in a historic building, and he did all of that really well. He is customer service-oriented. He does exactly what his customers need and he adds value, offers advice, and suggest improvements. He also works closely with the engineers.
I would highly recommend him.
