It's been a long time since I've encountered a service company with the customer interest at heart. Kevin, the Manager was thorough and listened intently to the symptoms being expressed to him prior to making an assessment of my problem. After being given the wrong diagnosis by AMOCO (Neabsco - Dale City, VA), my opinion was very doubtful of finding a company that would fix my problem at a reasonable price. Complete Auto Care Service renewed my faith in the service industry. There are some good companies, but you MUST do your homework and always seek a second opinion. Thanks Kevin!
