This place wants to appear like a high class salon but it really is not consistent - it seems like it's not hands-on managed. Most of the young staff hang out in the back having a lot of fun, which means the service is so-so. I used to go for hair and electrolysis. The person who did the electrolysis told me it would take a year of treatments and 6 months into it, she stopped doing electrolysis. And they have no replacement person. I used to go to a female hairdresser who was good but so uneven - cuts were great when she paid attention, some were barely decent... and she thought it was okay to take cell phone calls, and if she was running late, she would rush through my hair to get to the next person. Seems like prices went up .... It's just not worth the money.
