Review content:
My husband and I enjoyed a nice couples massage here. The service was friendly and very professional, and our massage therapists (Victor and a shorter, cheerful woman whose name I can't remember) were very good. However, I was put off by the gym-like atmosphere. Once you dress down, you're in your robe and waiting in the hallway with everyone; not exactly relaxing. Our massage room was right off the main hallway, and we could hear everything going on, from children running to carts of equipment being wheeled. The noise was very distracting, making it more difficult to relax. The locker rooms are stocked with amenities, but the squealing teenage girls in it detracted from them. Additionally, children were playing in the hot tub as we tried to relax after the massage, which is simply inappropriate. There was plenty of room for them to play in the pool, with plenty of toys; a hot tub is not an appropriate place for a child to play! In summary, the service was great; the atmosphere was not. Pros: Amenities, complimentary mimosas, cheerful staff Cons: Noisy, children playing, not much privacy
