Sylviane is an amazing coach when it comes to overall health and fitness. I was very impressed with her dedication to my success and how well she listened to my fears/committment issues with exercise so she could design a workout plan that would not only be easy for me to stick with, but be effective as well. The space is beautiful and made me feel at home with the privacy that it allows. I have been working with Sylviane for three months and have already seen significant changes to my body and lifestyle. Sylviane and the gym both come highly reccommended!
Pros: Best facility I have seen in a long time!
