Jason Murdoch and Chris (Sorry do not have last name) were great and going through Internet was the way to go. I was very disappointed that it was a bit disorganized when we came to finish paperwork and pick up car. Everyone seemed confused on where we were suppose to go. When we were done with the paper work, the gentlemen that was to set up my phone in the bluetooth system seemed in a hurry and basically was no help except to put my phone numbers in the system. Had no idea how to work anything else on the car. Sat in the car for 10 minutes before I left the lot wondering if I should give it back. When I left the lot and got a phone call, it was blasting through the radio and had no clue how to turn it off. There was no Compass on the front window mirror which I was expecting to have. Jason assured me he will have it installed which I am sure he will. Just was not a good experience picking up the car. I was in tears when I got home instead of elated. Also, the car had a scratch across the drivers door which he took and had fixed and the car looked dirty and had glue spots all over.\r The windows were fogged from the tinting and I was told it will dry out. The tire wells were full of mud and dirt.
