I scheduled an initial doctor appointment and requested they mail me the paperwork so I could have it filled out. I was transferred 4 times and finally left a voice mail on the nurse's voicemail and never received any paperwork prior to my appointment. I went my initial appointment and went to the wrong office. As a result, I was 10 minutes late getting there. Dr. Harding said he would not see me regardless of my calling and finding out I had went to wrong office and told them I was on my way. They never had my daughter's appointment in the system which had been scheduled weeks before as well. They said they had 5 patients ahead of me. (I would have waited since I was late but that option was not given to me.) They offered me a 1:00 appt. but I declined. I changed my mind and called back while still in the parking lot and was told the appointments were no longer available for later in the day and said they were never available that the girl in front must have made a mistake. They made an appointment for 1:30 if I could be there at 1:00 and they would see us both at the same time. (I've never seen a doctor with my daughter in the room and find that very unprofessional as well!) We got disconnected and when I called back, I had to explain everything to 3 different people and none of them knew anything about the other so I had to explain everything 3 different times and they wouldn't just let me continue to hold for the person I was previously speaking to. Eventually they said they could not go ahead and see me that day. I held for long periods of time to end up with no appointment at all. Talk about getting off on the wrong foot! I think I'll find a different doctor's office!
