I was looking forward to trying the chicken kebab on the bone, it was delicious and well prepared but I only enjoyed the chicken. The green rice (dill) was a little dry and dull.. Persian rice is considered best when each grain remains single and individual. This rice certainly remained single but it seemed very dry and lacked any interesting taste. I started with a Tadig which I have only had once prepared by a persian friend, I loved that but the Colbeh Tadig was almost seemed uncooked and its sauce was really acidic and lacked balance. The service was considerate. The chicken kebab plate was pretty expensive $26, if it was really great I would not have minded the price. Pros: good service Cons: poor sides, expensive mains
