Mark W. Harden, State Farm Insurance Agent seems to care less about his customers. While the agents that work for him try hard, Mark himself takes a horrible attitude when dealing with customers. He must have so much business at his doorstep, that he doesn't believe in being friendly and nice when dealing with customer claims. I would not recommend Mark or his agency to anyone in the Atlanta, Georgia community.
Pros: State Farm is a well known Insurer
Cons: Mark Harden seems to care less about dealing with customers
