I found out about shape on the internet... Went to there to lose weight. I had just turned 40 and for the first time in my life i was feeling my age! I totally impressed by the commitment to service and the value. For $175 i received, a full history and physical, a 30 day supply of diet meds, a 1 month membership and the forum athletic club and a b-12 shot. My wife also got a free mini facial. \r
